RETURNS POLICY AND OPENING TIMES DURING COVID-19
The week of June 15th we will be open for business from Monday to Saturday at 11am - 4pm. Thereafter, Monday and Tuesday's will be appointment only (please contact us for details), and then we will be open Wednesday to Saturday from 11am - 4pm.
In accordance with government guidelines, if you would like to try items on, you will need to do so at home. No items can be tried on in-store. On the evening of your purchase, a member of the team will be in touch to confirm if you would like to keep or return your items (either by collection or drop-off to store) within 3 days. A full refund will be given for any unwanted items. We politely ask for all of our customers' cooperation in the speedy return of items. Items must be returned as soon as possible. Following their return, items will be quarantined for 72 hours before they are made available again.
Please note that our COVID-19 opening hours and Returns Policy will be in place until further notice and are subject to change. Returns Policy details below are currently void.
Can I return an item?
For online purchases, we offer a 7-day exchange or credit. To receive an exchange or credit, please make sure the item purchased is delivered back to our store within 7 days of you receiving your order with tags still attached and no odours.
If you are requesting a refund, then we require a refund request email within 24 hours of you receiving delivery of your item.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org; refunds can take up to 12 days to be checked over and processed.
How long will my order take to get to me?
Your order will be with you in 3-5 days unless you opt for next day delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery in the UK is currently free of charge; this is subject to change, and products in our online store will be marked with delivery, if applicable, at our discretion.
Please contact us for shipping costs outside of the UK.
Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
Most orders should be able to have changes made on the day of placing the order.
How is my order packaged?
Your item will be folded & wrapped in tissue & placed inside waterproof packaging.
The item I want is out of stock, will you be making/ordering more?
Many of our items can be made to order/ordered again, so please feel free to contact us about any of our products.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we sell gift vouchers & these can be ordered on the products page.
I can see a style of Bijou Boudoir clothing I like but would like in a different fabric. Can I order a bespoke piece?
Yes, many of our Bijou Boudoir brand garments are made to order.

Where is your boutique located?
Our boutique is located in the beautiful Cathedral City of Lichfield.
What are your opening times?
We are open Mon to Sat 10 am to 5 pm. Throughout the Christmas period, we will also be open on Sunday from 11 am - 4 pm.

Yes, we sell a selection of brands cherry-picked by Gem for their unique design & quality.
