OPERATIONS UPDATE FROM JULY 2021

Our boutique is open Monday - Saturday 10am - 4pm. 

From July 19th 2021, wearing a mask in our boutique is not mandatory, however we do still ask that you sanitise your hands when you visit us, thank you.

Can I return an item?

For online purchases, we offer a 7-day exchange or credit. To receive an exchange or credit, please make sure the item purchased is delivered back to our store within 7 days of you receiving your order with tags still attached and no odours.

If you are requesting a refund, then we require a refund request email within 24 hours of you receiving delivery of your item.

Please email gem@bijouboudoir.com; refunds can take up to 12 days to be checked over and processed.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Your order will be with you in 3-5 days unless you opt for next day delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

Free local delivery is available, along with the option to collect from store and postal delivery at a nominated fee from £5.00 upwards upon selecting the relevant checkout option.

Please contact us for shipping costs outside of the UK.

Can I make changes to my order after I have placed it?

Most orders should be able to have changes made on the day of placing the order.

How is my order packaged?

Your item will be folded & wrapped in tissue & placed inside waterproof packaging.

The item I want is out of stock, will you be making/ordering more?

Many of our items can be made to order/ordered again, so please feel free to contact us about any of our products.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we sell gift vouchers & these can be ordered on the products page.

I can see a style of Bijou Boudoir clothing I like but would like in a different fabric. Can I order a bespoke piece?

Yes, many of our Bijou Boudoir brand garments are made to order.

Where are you based?

We are based in Lichfield, Staffordshire.

Can I have items sent to someone as a gift?

Items can be sent as gifts, please email gem@bijouboudoir.com or call us to arrange & we can organise special gift wrapping.

How can I pay for my order?

Your order can be paid for via PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account and also by Amazon Pay.

What is your returns policy for Christmas?

Christmas gift items must be returned by 31st Dec.

Where is your boutique located?

Our boutique is located in the beautiful Cathedral City of Lichfield and our address is 30 Bore Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6LL.

What are your opening times?

Our normal opening hours are Mon to Sat 10 am to 5 pm. Throughout the Christmas period, we will also be open on Sunday from 11 am - 4 pm. Please be advised of any alternative opening hours by checking back to this page.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, you can call us on 01543 255540.

Do you sell other brands in the boutique?

Yes, we sell a selection of brands cherry-picked by Gem for their unique design & quality.

Am I able to purchase other items from the boutique to be posted out?

Yes, we post many of our other items on Facebook & Instagram. Please call us to arrange ordering anything you may see on our social platforms, emails or other marketing communications that are not featured on our website.
